Established salon seeking a salon manager. Must have
-3+ years previous experience, preferably at a well known salon
-love hairstylists and the beauty and fashion industries - this position manages stylists and front desk directly
-understand the concept of SUPERIOR customer service, and have experience in a luxury environment
-want to have responsibility and impact in their work environment
-demonstrate superior retail sales capability
-professional yet creative appearance
-ability to lead by example
-have an emotional keel
-ability to interact and lead stylists and front desk as a team and on a one on one basis
-be solution oriented
-knowledge of salon computer systems
-ability to run and analyze reports, manage profitability
-contribute to creative and purposeful ideas to drive traffic, retain clients, and to increase customer service
-be organized, positive, clean, timely, loyal and patient
- Stylists who have management experience who still wish to perform services on a limited schedule are preferred
- ability to work and manage efficiently 20+ employees
